Mode Salon, 6365 Simmons St, Suite 130, North Las Vegas, NV 89031. By booking, purchasing, or interacting with our website or messaging programs, you agree to these Terms.

1) Services & Hours

Professional hair, nail, lash, and beauty services by appointment. Typical hours: 7 days/week, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM (times may vary).

2) Appointments, Payments, Cancellations

• Payment due at booking or service completion unless otherwise stated.
• Please arrive on time; significant late arrivals may be rescheduled.
• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. No-shows may be charged up to the full service amount.
• Gift cards, promotions, and packages may include additional terms and may change at any time.

3) Mobile Messaging (A2P 10DLC)

• Program: Mode Salon Alerts — confirmations, reminders, receipts, and (if you opt in) promotional messages.
• Opt-in: consent is collected via our website/booking forms or in-person/phone consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Frequency: message frequency varies (typically 1–8 msgs/month, with additional messages around appointments).
• Rates: msg & data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: text STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to +1 (702) 819-0020. You’ll receive a one-time confirmation text and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
• Re-subscribe: text START to re-join.

• Carrier disclosure: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Eligibility: you must be the account holder or have permission to enroll the number you provide; program intended for U.S. users; not for children under 13.
• Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. SMS originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing; they are used only to deliver our messages through vendors (e.g., carriers, gateway providers).

4) Conduct & Safety

We may refuse service for unsafe, abusive, or unlawful behavior. Please disclose allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions relevant to your service.

5) Intellectual Property

All branding, images, and site content are owned by Mode Salon or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

6) Disclaimers & Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mode Salon is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including issues caused by inaccurate client information or delays/failures in SMS or email delivery.

7) Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes take effect when posted with a new effective date.
